Role: Caregiver
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need
- Assisting with daily activities, monitoring health and well-being
- Providing emotional support to clients and their families
- Preparing personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with medication reminders and management
- Preparing meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor and record changes in clients' health and behavior
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Providing companionship and social and emotional support
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
